Madison McNerney is new in the law practice. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Global Development Studies from Queen’s University and graduated in 2018 with a Canadian and American Juris Doctorate at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in conjunction with the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Madison was called to the bar in 2019.
She spent her time and effort to learn more about law practice. While she was in law school, Madison has interned for a judge at the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan. She was also a student casework at the Community Legal Aid Clinic in Windsor. Currently, Madison is an associate at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers, a law firm that pioneered personal injury litigation for over 50 years. Madison has always been wanting to be a part of Neinstein Personal Injury Law Firm, given the firm’s track record of success in ensuring clients and their families in receiving justice and help and support during the most challenging times of their life.
Madison McNerney is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. When she has spare time, Madison makes sure she spends it doing things she loves the most. Madison is fond of running. Attending to music concerts and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs are some of the things she enjoys the most.
