Michael Wolkowicz became a part of Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers when he was a summer student in 2010. After completing his articles with the firm in 2012, he immediately became an associate. Michael is one of the youngest lawyers in Neinstein whose expertise is in the fields of personal injury law and insurance law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario. He took up law proper at Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2011.
During his time at law school, he took an interest in advocacy and civil procedure. Although he is a young lawyer, he has handled some of the complicated cases such as occupier’s liability cases, personal injury lawsuit, property loss, accident benefits claims, insurance disputes, and commercial disputes. Michael Wolkowicz has argued before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Michael has built a reputation as one of the most reliable and dependable lawyers. He makes sure that the client’s best interest is well-represented in various courts of law. He has actively taken part in different advocacies – all for the welfare of the oppressed.
