Michelle Kudlats became a part of Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers in the summer of 2009. She was a summer student but now practicing as a lawyer with a specialization in personal injury law. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2011. Her fields of expertise include personal injury, employment law, insurance disputes, and occupier’s liability. She represented clients in various courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Social Benefits Tribunals, Small Claims Court, and the Bankruptcy Courts.
Kudlats actively takes part in different advocacies and worthy causes. She started developing her advocacy skills at the University of Western Ontario, participating in Moot competitions like the Hicks Morely Labour Law and Employment Moot and the European Law Moot Court Competition, which are both international advocacy competitions.
Michelle Kudlats obtained her Honours B.A. in political science from the University of Western Ontario with a focus on the judicial system, public policy, and social justice. Her clients see her as a kind, accommodating, personable, and professional person. Michelle treats every case she handles as something personal. Hence, she gives her best and employs all legal remedies to help the victims and their immediate families.
Kudlats is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association.
